3. Exchange Eligibility
You are eligible for a Return or Exchange if:
- Request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Product is unused and unwashed
- Product is in its original packaging
- All tags are intact — no tags removed
- Product is in its original condition
❌ Returns & Exchanges are NOT accepted if:
- Request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Product has been washed or used
- Tags have been removed
- Product is damaged or stained by the customer
- Product was purchased on sale or at a discounted price
- Items that have been custom stitched or altered

⚠️ Please Note: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. The PKR 700 restocking fee applies per dress individually.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Con tact Us: WhatsApp us at 0315-8972398 with your order number and reason for return or exchange
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer
- Refund processing takes 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- The PKR 700 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
7. Received a Defective or Wrong Product?
If you received the wrong or defective item due to our error:
- No restocking fee will be charged — we take full responsibility
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund
- Return shipping costs will be fully covered by BlueFery
